THIS WAS THE ABSOLUTE BEST SALMON I HAVE EVER HAD. IT WAS MOUTH WATERING. (Also they serve cold salmon in the morn and it is still amazing). Potatoes are a feature in nearly every meal in Scandinavia. Will I ever tire of them? No. Have I become one? Yes.
Chicken on a bed of peppers covered in a light gravy. Do I sound like a fancy food author? I felt like I was a food critic that a restaurant was trying to win over, because damn, every dish was fantastic.
Probably, possibly, the best meal of the trip. This was a chocolate brownie topped with chocolate ganache and raspberry ice cream. Also featured a perfect orange tomatillo and dots of raspberry jam (JAM AND ICE CREAM IS A BEAUTIFUL COMBINATION THAT YOU NEED TO TRY).
CREME BRULEE topped with fresh fruit. One word: Yum.

This salad was FILLED WITH FETA CHEESE. do you know how much i love feta?? A LOT. LIKE A LOT A LOT.
Shockingly when you live right on the fjord, the fish is beyond delicious. Also featured broccoli and bacon. Cannot forget the ever present potatoes
