About the Author

The author, Quin Nelson, is a junior Economics and English double-major at Whitman College. When not knee-deep in some heavy studies, Quin has spent his time at school playing for the soccer team, working for the school newspaper, napping, eating, hanging out with friends, reading, listening to music, and things of that nature. Now, Quin will be traversing land and sea to take his talents to University of St. Andrews in $cotland.

Favorite sports: soccer, basketball, polo

Miscellaneous: 

The author has owned two goldfish in his youth. Both died due to the owner’s ineptitude.

Since becoming eligible to be drafted in 2012, the author is still an undrafted free agent in the National Basketball Association (NBA).

The author has one father (Chuck), one mother (Nanette), and one sister (Emma).

The author cannot dunk.
