I completed my first trip out of the country last weekend! I spent a solid 24 hours there, though I meant to stay longer….still working on remembering military time. The whole day consisted of going from Dublin to the Cliffs of Moher. These cliffs are over 700 feet tall and overlook the Atlantic Ocean. The bus ride itself was around 8 hours but this included stops at castles, cows, and food. Ireland was a gorgeous country filled with rolling green hills, beautiful architecture, and cheery people! I got an inside look into the university, Trinity, which I frankly thought looked like a museum. Each building had its characteristics and it was an amazing campus. Nightlife consisted of packed bars lining the streets and lots of beer, especially Geneese which originated in Ireland. I did miss Amsterdam and was happy to be back!
