I enjoy teaching Computer Science at all levels from introductory programming to senior capstone projects. My teaching experience includes introductory programming in Python with 3D graphics in Maya or Blender, Web Animation with JavaScript, Data Structures in C++, Interactive Computer Graphics, Intelligent User Interfaces, and a First-Year Seminar in Storytelling.

My latest research focuses on the theme of accessibility in first, designing and evaluating ways to teach novices how to create interactive, immersive digital stories, and second, how to apply immersive technologies to help create accessible interactives for persons with disabilities.
Personal Story
I’m a first-generation college student who grew up in rural southwestern Louisiana. My mom’s family is from Mexico and my dad’s ancestry is from France and Acadie (Nova Scotia), from which one of our ancestors was expelled in Le Grand Derangement.
